No. AI may assist with analysis or specific repair tasks, but every image is reviewed and refined to preserve identity, facial features, context and the character of the original. We correct or reject artificial details rather than treating an automatic result as finished work.

You receive a high-resolution TIFF master for preservation and future printing, plus an optimized copy for everyday sharing. The files are delivered through a private download link, not on a USB drive.

Yes. The physical photograph is handled carefully and never altered; restoration is completed on a high-resolution digital copy.

We currently digitize VHS, VHS-C and Hi8 videotapes and extract video from compatible, already-recorded DVDs. We do not process Betamax tapes. If you are unsure which format you have, send us a photograph so we can confirm it before you bring in the material.
