A visit available at any time

More than a set of panoramas: a digital experience designed to guide people.

Visitors can move between areas, look around in 360° and understand the layout before an in-person visit, booking or appointment.

Depending on the project, we can add interactive hotspots, photography, video, audio, contextual information, floor plans or maps and branded design. The experience can be embedded in an existing website, published online or delivered as a project or export when included in the agreement.

Primary uses

A useful preview for each kind of space.

Hotels

Give guests more context before they choose.

Present rooms, the lobby, shared areas, restaurant, pool, event rooms and facilities before arrival or booking. The experience supports informed decisions; it does not replace the booking process or guarantee conversions.

Real estate

Qualify visits without hiding the property.

Let people explore homes, apartments, developments, offices, retail units and premium properties before scheduling an appointment. It supports an initial remote review without promising a sale.

Businesses and other spaces

Explain what your venue offers.

Suitable for restaurants, venues, showrooms, offices, customer facilities, cultural spaces and projects that need to communicate layout, atmosphere or amenities.

Conceptual application image; not a portfolio project.

Flexible scope

Content and interactivity are shaped around the objective.

  • Panoramic capture and scene-to-scene navigation
  • Hotspots with text, photography, video or audio
  • Floor plans, maps and contextual information
  • Visual design aligned with the client’s brand
  • Integration into an existing website
  • Online publication or a direct link
  • Project or export delivery when contracted
  • Optional aerial work, subject to feasibility

Portfolio samples

Salamanca, Guanajuato360° panoramic capture

San Agustín Church and Former Convent.

A sample created inside one of Salamanca's great Baroque landmarks. Known as the “House of Gold,” the complex was built between 1642 and 1706 and houses eleven gilded altarpieces that define its remarkable interior.

More than a photograph

A more complete way to present a place.

01

Present each space more clearly

Help visitors understand dimensions, connections and details that a conventional gallery may not communicate.

02

Help people prepare for a visit

People who request an appointment can understand the property or business first and arrive with more specific questions.

03

Available on mobile and desktop

The experience adapts for comfortable navigation on phones, tablets and desktop displays.

04

Website integration

We prepare the tour for an existing website or for direct sharing with prospective customers.

The process

Every viewpoint has a purpose within the tour.

  1. 01

    Planning

We review the type of space, entrances and areas to include, then define a logical route.

  2. 02

    Panoramic capture

We photograph each point with 360° equipment and stable support, taking care of level, lighting and visual continuity.

  3. 03

    Editing and connection

We correct orientation, exposure and color, then connect the scenes so movement feels natural.

  4. 04

    Interaction and design

We add navigation, contextual content and branded elements according to the agreed scope.

  5. 05

    Review and publication

We test the experience on mobile and desktop and prepare it for integration, publication or delivery.

Coverage tailored to the space

How many viewpoints does a tour need?

This is not about taking photographs at random. Each panorama represents a position from which the visitor observes the space and chooses where to move next.

A compact space may require approximately 5 to 10 viewpoints. Large properties, multiple floors or independent areas may require more.

Spacing generally varies between 1 and 5 metres, depending on doors, hallways, level changes and visibility. The priority is for every connection to feel clear and natural.

Viewpoints are connected according to the actual architecture of the space.

Applications

Designed for spaces that need to be presented better.

  • Real-estate agencies and advisors
  • Homes and apartments for sale or rent
  • Hotels and accommodations
  • Restaurants, venues and retail spaces
  • Offices and customer-service facilities

Complementary coverage

A more complete perspective.

When the location and conditions allow, the project can be complemented with exterior photography or aerial panoramas to show access, surroundings, outdoor dimensions and location.

Feasibility is assessed according to the site, weather and applicable regulations. Each proposal therefore responds to the real scope of the space rather than a generic package.

Technical care

Specialized 360° equipment · stable support · image correction · scene organization · navigation links · testing across devices

How we quote

Every space needs a proposal based on its actual scope.

We do not use a generic package because the number of areas, level of interaction, location and delivery method all affect the work. Some projects may require a technical visit.

To guide you, we need to know:

  • Type of space and location
  • Approximate size
  • Number of rooms, areas or viewpoints
  • Whether you already have a website
  • Desired interaction and content
  • Whether aerial work should be assessed
  • Company and project contact
