“The supplier says it is ready”
Your team still finds errors, unclear flows or functions that do not respond as expected.
Independent software quality assurance
Before accepting it, paying for it or placing it in the hands of customers and employees, we help you verify that the product does what was promised and that its critical functions respond correctly.

A risk often discovered too late
The development team naturally checks its own work. Carmen Digital adds a view from your side: your operation, your users and the outcome the product was supposed to deliver.
Your team still finds errors, unclear flows or functions that do not respond as expected.
Important functions may be incomplete, confusing or different from what the business expected.
The project has technical reviews, but nobody is validating the real day-to-day experience.
You need to make a decision without clear evidence of the product’s current condition.
How we help
We review the available agreements, screens, processes, acceptance criteria and business priorities.
We exercise critical user journeys and look for failures, inconsistencies and situations that could interrupt work.
You receive clear records that explain what happened, where it happened and why it matters.
We verify corrections when included in scope and help you understand whether the delivery is ready to move forward.
A scope built around risk
The exact combination depends on the product, its stage, available access, documentation and the consequences of a failure. Scope and timing are agreed before testing begins.
Clear professional limits
Security penetration testing, source-code auditing, legal or regulatory certification, load testing and specialized accessibility certification are not automatically included. If the project needs them, we identify that requirement and define whether specialist collaboration is necessary.
Quality assurance reduces uncertainty; it cannot prove that software will never fail. Findings are based on the agreed scope, environment, access and evidence available during the engagement.
What you receive
A practical plan focused on the risks and flows that matter most.
Screenshots, video or records that make each relevant finding easier to understand.
Issues organized by impact and urgency rather than a list without context.
A concise view of what works, what needs attention and what should happen next.
Useful at different stages
